You may pay your tuition online with a credit card or by check before the day of class. Registration at the door is an extra $15 per seminar. Limited need-based financial aid is available; for information see our financial-aid policy.

Policies and Information for Our Public Seminars

CLE Credit

We have applied for CLE credit in states where seminars are held. Attorneys seeking credit outside the state should contact their state Bar and apply for the credit directly. At the seminar, you’ll receive an official certificate of attendance to include with your Bar’s CLE-credit application. If you need clarification, please call our offices at (214) 691-8588. We are happy to help.

We allow you to transfer your registration to another location or to another member of your firm or company, as long as you notify LawProse at least 24 hours before the seminar date. When you register for an individual seminar at the discounted full-day rate, however, it is not transferable to individual participants. Only one person may attend the seminars for that registration.

You are free to cancel your registration up to seven days before the original seminar date. After subtracting the $50 enrollment fee, you will receive a refund. There is no refund if you are absent or make a late cancellation. Instead, you may apply the registration amount to future programs within one year of the original seminar date.

Policies and Information for Our Public Seminars

Light fare will be available during morning and afternoon breaks. Coffee and water will be available throughout the day.

Electronic Devices

Please silence all electronic devices upon arrival. Repeated alerts from smartphones disturbs other participants. We don’t take this common courtesy for granted—we appreciate your civility.

Jackets or Sweaters

Many seminar locations get cold. Since we are not always able to control the temperature, we encourage you to bring a sweater or a jacket to stay comfortable.
